There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is descent but career growth is slow.they always skips the appraisal due to wrong hearing through manager because of partiality..they torture the employee to leave the company by his own.

...policy are against employees. for ex. some of fixed holidays are on weekends. 3. no compensation if worked on weekends 4. You cant have WFH, not even if you have to work on weekends.
