Nothing except Colleagues.

Dislikes

..., not just myself! Most of the employees are forced to resign in a single day. Owners don't have money to pay bonuses and salaries. Total 3 layoffs in last 4 months. Please look for other opportunities.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. They deceive the customers by saying we have done this before but actually they work on the development from scratch. Due to short timelines are given to clients, employees have to work continuous weekends. this leads to frustration among the employees. Attrition is a lot in this company. In the last 7 months, 45 people have left the company and the company size is 100.
