Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ... also sometime does not help with that and never stood up for his/her employees. They charge 3-4 lacs per month from client and give salary of 30-40k only , even to senior employees which work very hard . Poor management, no accountability for employees personal time . Management should need to increase salaries and hold boundaries from work of Greedy clients on weekend. I got so stressed that I had to visit doctors for it and taking prescribed medications.

Very bad place to work and there no job security . Top management doesn't have any morals and ethics. No recocgnition for hard work Simply Its a waste and worst place to work
