Since it is a small company, we need to understand how the business runs. Small floor small culture and great human beings.

Unethical CEO and Incapable HR and Higer Management.

Dislikes

Management will make sure to work more than 15 hours a day and salary will be skipped after resignation for the notice period. On an average salary will be paid only for 9 months in a year and 3 months salary will be skipped.

No yearly appraisals , No medical insurance , no leaves policy , no pickup & drop , office chairs and floor is bad , systems are bad , rest room is terrible No extra benefits as yearly bonus , Gratuity , incentives , welcome goodies , referral bonus , Gifts on festivals , No support for higher education .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

A very good IT BASED company with limited resources and a flexible work environment. I would recommend to freelancers and freshers who are willing to startup.
