It was great learning experience from as the plant i worked in was still under greenfield project. Also I was involved in development programmes of press and dies which helped in my technical learning as well as experience.

Dislikes

Not any particular drawback difference in pay scale at same position may be a disliking factor but overall very good organization.

Focus on Productivity, daily EBIDTA monitoring, interaction within organization.

Right Now requirements Not long term vision, No plant upgradation, Salary date uncertain, Whole plant worked 28 consecutive days, including Sundays (got 2 holidays between) but not compensated. Uncertain increment / appraisal date.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No overtime money will be added in our salary.Safety norms are not being provided to the workers which lead to 2 major accidents in a calendar year. Please consider all the facts before you get employed in this branch.

No increment was provided for employees for the past 4 years, and the management won't keep their words. Unnecessary firing of employees are more often noticed.

The behavior of some employees of the company's components and other departments was very good.

Dislikes

...bad culture of HR department. Food condition is very bad. Manpower harassment. No bonus policy of any kind was given to any contractual manpower.
