...y don't want to lose their control so not allowing new comers to grow & shine .. Nepotism is clearly visible from old managers to their promotion, salary hike & other favors . Need strong action by NEC Corporation specially in Next Gen Connectivity platform BU . Old people need shuffle else future of new joiners are in dark shadow . On-site salary is also terrible with 4 months notice period & with strong anti-poaching . First time I found some management forcing Technical Guys to give new business so that Business Unit profit can increase. I was blessed with a baby boy but my manager denied to provide me a single day of leave or WFH even I was alone with my wife & elder son in a different county. Also I was in hospital on the day of operation but manager forced me to join client meeting. Horrible person I would say . Not recommended to anyone at all .

...ide a cab for the customer site. It's better not to get a job than to work here. They don't pay you for working from the customer site on Saturday and Sunday, and they don't allow compensation leave. When I asked for it, they said, "You don't even get paid for the day when you don't have work, so why ask for that?"

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
