They don't pay you for working from the customer site on Saturday and Sunday, and they don't allow compensation leave. When I asked for it, they said, "You don't even get paid for the day when you don't have work, so why ask for that?"

I learned a lot throughout my tenure of three years within NEC India. I had a better understanding of what I was doing in the project and what my role was. My supervisor helped me a lot with her experience and technical suggestions on how to improve, and she turned me into a better coder, leading to my professional growth.
