Not able to hire skilled resource. 5. Deploying non-skilled resources in projects leading to project closure 6. Company struggling to get offshore businesses. Joining NEC at current time is a risk.

Salary initially offered was good and most of the candidates fall for it and WFH

Dislikes

No growth in technical knowledge. No job security as managers are busy playing politics in saving their own jobs. Inefficient managers who thinks manager job is to force subordinate to work and showcase to higher management as their achievement . Clients are not much valued here. Managers are selfish and worthless. Ineffie Managers are creating NEC worst place to work.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
