1. Non technical managers are inefficient. Developers have to manage scrum activities many times. 2. Latest HR team is not employee friendly and recruitment is also inefficient. 3. Bad work environment. 4. No professionalism. 5. Favourism and inappropriate promotions. 6. No proper leaders in India. 7. Speedsters preferred over quality. 8. Talk big implement less nature for some. 9. Too much emphasize on certifications like a typical IT companies against its vision to be innovative.

As a partner with Microsoft, opportunities to work on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. Along with that Neal gives me opportunities to work on the latest technologies in the market. Got to learn many more things while working with Neal. Everyone has the freedom to choose technology for new upcoming projects.

Dislikes

Its better to Neal if they improve on Management. No predefine policies. No healthy work environment. Some policies are there but we can't use it like work from home. Dull infrastructure. Sometimes, I have to work on weekends also approx 13-14 hours on weekdays but there is no comp-off for that neither any type of compensation. And a lot more...
