Please let your candidates at interviews know about the assessment and your general placement figures. People change and leave their home for you and you treat them like objects to replce. 2. Office doesn't have professional setting. Offensive, double-meaning jokes are common. 3. English is not used a common language and local language with local words used. 4. High level of micro-management. Freshers will give a worked upon requirement and ask you to deliver , when even seniors were not able to find candidate and then fire you.
