Bad management, deducted my 15k from my salary stating it's a system issue. And more over the HR is telling as it is you were to leave the company now since the salary is deducted it just dint happen like you wanted. I had my personal reasons to leave more over after deducting 15k which employee would want to stay there. Yes if you dint have financial problems. Pathetic HR service, useless employee internal application. Had to extend my shift every day for 1 hour just to not get my salary at the last. Which made me more upset.

... to hire 10 people and keep 3 top performers, fire the rest to wander around. Why do you call people from other city promising good work environment and salary? Please let your candidates at interviews know about the assessment and your general placement figures. People change and leave their home for you and you treat them like objects to replce. 2. Office doesn't have professional setting. Offensive, double-meaning jokes are common. 3. English is not used a common language and local language with local words used. 4. High level of micro-management. Freshers will give a worked upon requirement and ask you to deliver , when even seniors were not able to find candidate and then fire you.

1. False promise of Travel Allowance after 3 month probation, They hire 50% from other cities and then they fire more than 70% after 1 month of assessment. How is this justified? Please hire in your local city if you cannot afford reallowance. 2. Training Manager highly biased towards people form North and prefer locals only, preference to support is provided to females and males are asked to perform themselves. 3. Office doesn't have POSH Act in place, ask any women they get unwarranted messages from other senior employees. They have to act nice to keep their jobs.

... incharge of what department.andding to it the office is a mess and never clean.they will deduct ones salary if not on time for 2 instance and also people speak piss poor English even the trainer and so called director.
