My dislike for NDHGO is that there were already 7 people in the inside sales team, so the manager used to give more importance to those 7 members. As a new person, the manager didn’t pay any attention to me. The manager was very biased. None of the team members were cooperative either. Even the HR was very moody. She would talk only when she felt like it, and when she wasn’t in the mood, she behaved very unprofessionally. The last time I complained to HR about the manager, they forced me to resign. There’s a lot more, but writing all this won’t change anything.

.... All of them come from educated backgrounds and it's a pleasure to mentor them. I have never faced any problem in this company regarding my salary too. I always receive it on time.

Overall work culture is good. The manager and team is very helpful and supportive. Salary slabs per level is according to industry standards and is given timely. Organizational structure is flexible and open.

ndhgo is a second home in a corporate environment. My colleagues and co-workers are understanding, helpful, and motivating as well as a great support system for me. My deadlines are flexible and this is a company where they actually treat you as a fellow human and not just a working robot. It's the healthiest work environment I have witnessed till now in comparison to other corporate companies. Also, the cherry on top is that I get to learn something new every single day, thus, contributing to my personal growth as well.

Here I've found, in a world of corporate mix, a measure of team spirit aka esprit de cour with the entire team, it also provides areas for me, to excel, personally. ndhgo being a startup, is a fast paced working environment, stakes are always high and that gives me plenty of to projects work in, gives me plenty of opportunities to try new things, and to learn as much as possible. As a Marketing Specialist of the Brand Marketing Team, I get the most exciting opportunity to work with the Product, Development, Design & and Sales team regularly, which expands my knowledge horizon and helps me to learn something new every single day. From my side, that is the single most benefit of working at ndhgo. With ndhgo I also get the opportunity to travel across the country for Brand Promotions. In all its a great place to work in. To those who are thinking about it, I don't want you to have a second thought, here you and your work will be appreciated.
