...f south Indian employees which is observed. Very cheapp politics is been played. Employees who are close to this management ppl will have leverage of taking wfh(unlimited), taking unplanned leaves, good salary hikes , promotions etc. And other ppl who don't do these managers booot lickingg are forced to go in PIP and then told to be resigned. Not a healthy work environment at all. You will be mentally stressed out. Now coming to HR. If you go with a complain to the HR for this dirty politics that is happening, they won't even entertain you because here HR is not an autonomous body instead they will listen to what this project management and higher management people will say. So there is no action been taken for your complaint, instead you will be highlighted and targeted more if you say a word against these managers. One of the worst HRs you will get here. They don't have any power to speak a word against these managers. Lack of projects. No stability .

...Rude, especially the people who manage the offshore team. Lack of good policies. No hike or very less hike. No flexibility in terms of hours. Very rigid with the hybrid model. They don't listen to what employees want.
