...oducts are legacy products and you don't get to learn much. Perks are the worst. No annual bonus, no performance bonus, no stocks. Health insurance scheme is by far the worst in NCR. Average hikes. Promotion will take time even if you are a good performer.(and also depends on the manager)

equal opportunities for men and women. salary hike ,promotions, women empowerment is taken care for women without any bias

no new technologies, in our project most of the work done in ncr proprietary software
