...oducts are legacy products and you don't get to learn much. Perks are the worst. No annual bonus, no performance bonus, no stocks. Health insurance scheme is by far the worst in NCR. Average hikes. Promotion will take time even if you are a good performer.(and also depends on the manager)

Work pressure is low compared to other companies.

Most of the people works in third party contract role for same salary,it is the only drawback.They will not make you permanent,unless otherwise you are referred by managers or some high level staffs.

It's overall a good company for each and every who is ready to work in NCR. Work-life balance with good salary packaging and with flexible working hours which helps the employee to spend some quality time with family

False aspire promise, after promotion you will get same salary as last designation. Too bad politics, and communism on base of your religion if you are non muslim no point to be in NCR GHD, and worst transport facilities
