...oducts are legacy products and you don't get to learn much. Perks are the worst. No annual bonus, no performance bonus, no stocks. Health insurance scheme is by far the worst in NCR. Average hikes. Promotion will take time even if you are a good performer.(and also depends on the manager)

Work pressure is low compared to other companies.

Most of the people works in third party contract role for same salary,it is the only drawback.They will not make you permanent,unless otherwise you are referred by managers or some high level staffs.

... new u have no place to stand if ur need is finished u will ask to put paper.... Even managers and colleagues are playing game they hire thier reference people for the reference bonuses as reference bonus are hi there and then they give excuses to employees for performance etc and ask to put paper
