Low increment, local management very poor and leg pulling mentality specially bihar Patna, No one want to grow in his personal and professional life.very disgusting. Company want from employees to give his 24 hour to his company only that why they provide own mobile every time they want to engage in his gadget so that employees never free from his mind to think other things.

Working environment is average. But the company is very dedicated to its employees. Salary are on time and yearly bonus are also given.

Dislikes

Lot of political issues in the company. The basic salary is very less and the Salary hike is also not good. There are some TL who dosent know proper English and just with the support of some senior person they have become TL and are very torturing.

Only work from home that's why I am working here otherwise nothing to like working at this office.

Dislikes

There are very bad work culture all time demotivate by the TLs. Salary structure very poor. Job security very poor. There is no chance of promotions here. You will have to work in the position you join as long as you work in that position.

Nothing to like about here. Horrible work culture. No value for employees. No hikes. No technical skills required. Just service desk work given to technical employees too.

No hike. Do not keep any promises they make. No project stays with NCR. most project replace NCR within 2-3 years due to rubbish management

Dislikes

False aspire promise, after promotion you will get same salary as last designation. Too bad politics, and communism on base of your religion if you are non muslim no point to be in NCR GHD, and worst transport facilities
