Company Environment was good, Supporting PM,

Never expect salary hike. Any time you can fire from the company, When Appraisal time is near, suddenly company goes to in financially loss and developers need to compromise due to some time, and last company told that we are in not situation to give you Appraisal tou can find anywhere. Workload is too much, seat late-night and also need to comes on weekends.

They offers competitive in hand salary but reality is different.

There are several things which I have to mention below: 1. They offer great in hand salary to grab the suitable candidate but reality is different. 2. There is no PF and Insurance facility. 3. Sandwich leave policy applicable. 4. They can change HR policy at any time. 5. Office infrastructure is worst. 6. They mention 50+ employees but in reality only few developer are working. 7. Most of the time they force to do over time without paying any extra compensation. 8. They cut the salary at any time making a fake issue based on bad performance. 9. Worst company I have ever seen. 10. Please don't prefer this firm.

Work life balance is perfectly matched. Learning is appreciated, politics is everywhere, appraisels are on time and meets expectations.

Dislikes

Contractual jobs are provided, security of job is less when there is decline in no of projects.
