Salary on time, remote working

Dislikes

work life balance, work satisfaction, not much skill development as a developer because most of the projects are with legacy code. The domain of the company is construction and BIM where 3d viewers and its related knowledge is much more important than any framework or technology.

Bad work-life balance, low compensation, Bonus is part of CTC, unachievable performance goals, Insurance only for employee not for any dependants, most of the projects are short-term, you will get awards if you work on weekends

Good Manager and alot of learning. Good for starters.

Dislikes

Newly Joined VP is toxic. He is Not good with subordinates. He don't trust his colleagues. Most importantly, he is not able to pull business for company and he throws this frustration to his subordinates.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
