I was hired in the month of Dec 2023 and there was 3 months of probation. After 3 months my probation was extended giving a very absurd reason by my line manager that I have not assigned you any solid client in these 3 months so I am extending your probation. I got my clients after five and half months and I was in a learning phase. In the month of June 2024 I was told my stakeholders that I am not performing well and I was terminated. Stakeholders, HR and Line Managers in this company are totally stupid. There is no job security in this company. A stupid company to work. No future of this company in India.

1. Policies changes very frequently and without checking the impact on someone's career progression. 2. Supervisor talk negative about company on day one and threatening team member to extend their probation period. 3. HR is not at all supportive, everything leaks out to manager in fraction of minutes after discussion. 4. People with mirco management and want you to stick to the seats for 8 hours and more for work like a robot. 5. Not felxible to implement changes and what ever change they want to implement should be acceptable like a dictatorship theory.

From day one environment was toxic ...review received from old employee was pathetic laughing why people not researching before joining new company no job security at all. May be today you are in tmrw on PIP day after tmrw out of ofc 😔

Think before you join - you will be paid but harrassed to best of what you never imagine everything is governed by US managers and if their day is not good you may be fired as well
