Dislikes

Policing of the Employees. Spying and Tracking through CRM. Vandeta Politics. Fault Finding Maching. Undue Pressure on daliy sales activity and sales target. No Compassion.Even Sick Employees are asked to for Field Activity/Sales Call even during Covid. Hire and Fire Forced To Sign Service Agreement With Horrible Clauses. Unreasonable Penalty Clauses. No Diversity and Inclusion. Favouritism towards employees of South Region. Rvengeful attitude of the top management due ideological differences. Stingy Management

Good infrastructure. Opportunities are provided to learn new skills. Regular meetings enhances our work, it helps to reduce mistakes. Country head and Operations Manager nurture us to learn and grow in NCH. Rare to see in most companies. Sales teams are good.

1. Glorious past- 100 years old organization. 2. Time and Tested Products. 3. Appreciation and recognition through individual mail for job well done. 4. Annual Award Functions as a part of 'Rewards and Recognition' Program.

Dislikes

1. Empathy of the management is lacking towards the Sales associates who have health issues. When associates cites health ground management rubbishes them as excuses. Even during the peak COVID, management asks the Sales associates to visit markets. 2. No Professionalism. Often decisions are taken on whims and fancies of the top management who enjoys the confidence of top brass of the Headquarters. 3. 'Old School Thinking' makes the work culture very conservative and orthodox. Management is not progressive and open to new thoughts. 4. No NCH Brand awareness in some locations. Very few customers in select geography knows the brand. 5. No competition analysis, no brand differentiator's analysis to understand where the brand stands in terms of competitions. 6.Diversity and Inclusion is absolutely lacking in the ecosystem. Mindset and organization culture is limited to a specific geography. 7. It is not an Equal Opportunity Employer. Strong biases exists for people belonging to a specific region.
