Disproportionate salary to the work discharged. No allowances and benifits for extra work. Mainly due to market condition in India and budget constraints.

Good company for new joining freshers, lot of things to study. Good opportunity for engineer's.

Dislikes

Environment in office is not good, lack of facilities for employees, no satisfaction of salary, daily work duty is 12 to 13 hour's. Weekend end also halfday.

As a result .I get to travel abroad .especially to the Us and Canada .but on site travel is completely dependent on your projects
