Working in NCC gives u a fell like working in a Govt job with a good job security.

NCC should improve their salary standards as per the current market price and equalising the yearly inflation. NCC Employees are to be given a various skill development training on a serious note regularly and it should not be just for a name sake training given to some 1 or 2 percentage of people

salary and ather benfit is low increment and incentive is low more than 12 hours working no time to do our personal work for site engineer no refreshment pressure is more in this company
