Dirty Politics and Partiality in Promotions and Increments. No Career Growth Programs and Workshop trainings for Site People's and no any Confidential Policy regarding Pay and Increments at Site Level. Also no proper recognition for talented old employees who is working more than 5 years. Working with Toxic minded team members, will affects actually talented peoples ideas. Management is worst. Too much politics. Very badly treated with employees and rough talk with employees. Too much work pressure ... minimum 12-14 hours work time all days. No OT or any facilities for that. Here u can't balance your personal life. People who haven't any technical degree are PM here, who are managed site here.
