I like working at ncc only if I want to leave I get it and here is I think no career growth and here is some chances for job security for sub staff

I dislike working at ncc limited is here is salary is so less and no any service like no esi no other benefits and staff management is so poor and timing 8:30 to 8:00 no weekend off no overtime

The most I like in this company is job security, with NCC will rarely give up any staff

Low salary, weak health insurance card, working in remote locations without any facilities such as the Internet, too much job requirement is required to be carried out, no honest improvement you need to have strong support from management member to gain a salary increment and, or new job title.

...l type of work as no one is appointed for any single work. Job security is good. Salary increments are less.we have to give more preference to work than our personal life.

Less growth. More work pressure and we have to work more than 12 hours a day. To is no Sunday holidays
