Need Advice

Hi Everyone, I am in a situation and don't know what to decide. I have been working in a company for the past 3.5 Years and they gave me promotion and gave me a lot of responsibility and helped me both financially and morally in my tough times. But Right now my situation in a way that I struck in full financial struggle and I need to change my job otherwise my life will be in too much Danger and I am facing full financial stress..I don't know how to tell my manager that my current situation is this. please suggest to me what to do.. right now I got an offer which will bring me out of this financial crisis. There was company policy was good and salary structure and incriment shedule is avarage.

Dislikes

Duty hours not satisfied. Huge time working hours in the site and not any holiday or leave culture in this company. Also Sunday is working day. For this reason no time for yourself to spend the time in your family. My personal suggestion, experience purpose you join this company, not for life spend purpose.

...enior GM then instead of the incharge, the supervisor has to attend the meeting.Despite my salary being low, I have been given as much work load as is given to employees who earn three times more salary than me.
