Site management was not good as expected.Head office management is good they support you very well.But for Site Engineer there's no holiday.All week you have to work and also time period is also more than expected 8am to 8pm. And also sometimes it's may delayed more.You will not be free any time ,no leave,no Extra work payment. Working life is very tiring.

...management. Senior like DGM, AGM are behaving very badly. Work without planning. Every month management hold the Salary of all staffs. They don't give any leave. Accommodation very poor. No rules and regulations.

Management fighting with each other. Non professional higher management. Regionalism & Sycophancy at its peak. You have to work on every Sundays too. You are just professional slave who is paid on time.

This company policy and working Nature very well but salary delay and carrier growth is slow but I like my company but some senior level staff are very bad approach to talking about our personal to mingle with father and mother in talking about very harsh words to deliver to employees
