Very bad work culture, no leaves if your dad dies also.. no on time salary.. have beg for overtime. Bad food. Accommodation.

The only advantage is that they pay the salaries on time. The only redeeming quality for the company in my opinion.

Dislikes

The work culture is like a black company, they expect you to work and die for the company without any kind of compensation. Expect to see tons of favoritism from the upper 'brass'. Expect to see that some people who do nothing get all the credit for your work. Also do not think to rise in the ranks as only the pets of the management will get that advancement. Without any 'supporters' in the HO, don't even think you'll be heard. The worst issue is however, the job security, the HO terminates any one who the upper management dislikes even a little. Apparently there are only a very few irreplaceable employees.

1,Freedom to work 2,Good for freshers, junior level candidates 3, If you are a south indian especially keralite, you will get a big advantage in all manner. 4, Accomadation for engineers are good

1,Low salary, if you have a good reference eventhough 0 experienece your salary will be good 2,Politics, high level politics, especially keralite senior level staff. 3, They will recruit for temoprary basis, terminate you for no reason and replace you with their permanent staff from kuwait so local transfer people please think twice, because you will loose your job within 6-8 months 4, Low salary and no increment.

...is that top management are very good and always favours the hard working employ.Salary is always on time without any delay, even in COVID-19 period when there were lack of projects.Company always pay all the settlements without any deduction to terminated employees.You can grow more with this company being a new employee when you have some good connection with HR or any other department.

Dislikes

the only thing i disliked , that HR being sitting in the office dont know or understand the importance of people working at site in a very difficult condition and tough work timing.Whatever dedication you have in your working and what ever impossible kind of task you have acheived in terms of schedule and commercially wont give you any advantage when HR comes into picture.Site management is always good and project department always favours you but they too have no force over HR,irrespect of the fact that Site is earning not HR.
