A learning platform. But unfit for long life career.

Dislikes

... management required who is willing to work. Employee satisfaction is not there. Employee didn't get there salary on time . Even I didn't get my FNF after 4 month. Overall a mix feeling.

Seniors are behaving like friend. you will not face much pressure there.

This is Very Poor Company they will deduct your PF but after F&F they will not give you your complete Pf because they didn't Submit your PF Amount. 2nd Thing in this office you will not get job Security

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
