There is nothing to like about NBC. If you're from a prestigous college you will find yourself out of place. No time management. You will feel like a labourer.

Dislikes

...with few NITs with very low package and expect you to work for 9 hours everyday. Some deparents have 5 days a week and some has 6 days a week but you'll get the same salary..irrespective of your working hours.

Don't like company HR policy totally fake

Company didn't pay my full salary as per given in my CTC structure. Very bad answer given after I was left the company. While I was in resigned with notice period and talked with Company HR related my performance Incentives deducted or not given. Very rudeness answer given by Company HR after around two months gone. Fake company policy, I never interest to work in future with this company.

I feel terrible while working in the NBC Bearings, because there's no growth opportunities and skill development opportunities. I got average satisfaction in working with Nbc bearings.

...nvironment & culture. Teammate are supportive and tha management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On tha job training is not given to new joinees.

Only thing i like to work in this company is learning new things as i was from sheet metal industry rather than that no any learning.

...r/Engineer no any scope of work ...for being here...for a long period of time. As well as thier are lot of salary deduction and they are having Variable components in which company has alot of deduction, even if you take leave and fullfill the leave with C.L or P.L still your salary will be deducted with respect to Production bonus... I have been here since last 6 months and nearly 40 employees has left in this span due to same reason.
