I have been associated with this company for 6 years. The management is open to ideas and there is always a positivity when you enter the office premises. This is something which I find rare in corporate culture. Managers are more concerned about the deliverables and give you flexibility to a great extent. If you are a performer and are open to challenges then this is the company for you

There is a salary disparity throughout the organisation. At times it feels like a gender pay gap too but the management take actions of reviewing the compensation program every 3years.

tsm greatly disturbs the time of salary and timing of attendance report. * Report will be sent. No, they avoid approving TA allowance and end up withholding money. I have had a very bad experience.

Work Culture, Regionalism high and toxic politics , favouritism in promotion,rating for local state(region),outside state employees being targeted and highlighted on very small mistake and other side big mistake been hided if local. Talent retention and talent value zero in every aspect, Management don't want to listen whether whistleblower and hr toll free All these negative points only for marketing s&d Refinary devision is super good
