They want only production, not saw people who came from where and which condition. They want work only in any condition and partiality are more there in salary also work load is too much and remuneration is less for employees not for staff members they get all facilities. They can't provide one time tea.no bonus in diwali. Totally wrose thing is that.

Dislikes

The management and system is totally wrose. Salary packages less and growth is slow.

Multiple things to know but you have to learn from yourself and also no one is supporting to employees and there is not any chances for promotion and attractive salary increment

Dislikes

Salary increment is too low in comparison to other companies Promotion is not there Work culture and respect of employees is not good as a candidate want Only one is taking all decisions (production person is taking all decisions for every departments They are focusing on Production not quality They only want there work but not thinking about employees
