Company is good for inter relationship

Company is doing deduction in salary in each month Due to market complain which is not related to company mistake. Don't ever join ,join if want to ruin careers.you join with 15 k increment ,but don't who when company deduct 20 k per month.

It's good for freshers only for boys. Not for girls

Old employees of NSRT /Quantys MISBEHAVE/harass girls. means you give your contact number to the company for official purposes, but some people use it and call after 10 pm repeatedly. literally so disgusting.If you are a boy, it is good company for your career. But if you are girls, then don't ever come to this company. So choose the company wisely.

Likes

Hard work is recognized by management and they take care of employees who work with honestly and dedication. All the leaders (Board members) and top management are very very caring and supportive to their staff.

Dislikes

I didn't find any dislikes, but they can improve by giving measurable targets to individuals on annual basis and keeping an eye on them for checks at the macro level.

Everyone is giving the best they could, which itself sets the standards. Its the place were colleges are always light a thing within you for developing yourself and society, The company always does/gives the best it could. KASEZ and Gandhidham had strict code of conduct. I am safe, that's what i fill from time to time. And if i am safe then i will care for my dear once to be safe. My sincere thanks to Dr. Rahul.

Dislikes

NSRT is growing center and things are at the best. Changes and developments are made as per requirement and need by following/ fulfilling all the requirements as per guidelines. Thanks for the opportunity.
