Positive feedback is good salary and will get free meals nothing else

Dislikes

The company culture is very bad there is no job security at all they can come and ask to leave. the management of KYC its bad i cant even specify them, worst team management i have ever seen my work experience.. lot of favoritism team leaders are worst there is no proper support or any help from any one.. there was Am or manager in floor never visited us say hello.... if need to survive in NAVI there is only one way polish team leader shoes or clean their shoes... when people disconnect the call management will move to other team give them good rating.. if senior person take 0 marks in call they hide that information support him... if will never split again in that place... people are forcefully working there sake of money work culture? its just corporate prison.. if someone is going to read this or not but this company is worst place to work..

Nothing apart from the monthly salary, which is also not that great

This is s long list - Extremely toxic culture driven straight from the CEO who thinks himself to be above god, he is out there to abuse you, to demotivate you and disrespect you all in the name of work - His directs of all who remain (approx 8-9 have quit in the last 1 year) maybe because of they could not take it anymore, what remains is a group of boot lickers who would say yes CEO on anything - You would be insulted and humiliated even if its not your fault, be prepared to be on standby be it 10pm be it weekend or any leave - Unlimited leave is a policy but you need to beg your manager, function head or even the CEO depending upon the leaves/ WFH you want - This is a depressing place where everyone is only looking out for job, apart from the bootlickers - Stay away from this place and maintain sanity in your life

Compensation is the only good thing, and I would say, it is a trap.

Dislikes

You have to work 12-15 hours a day, and they call you at any time, in any situation if you do not pick they keep on calling. They say 5 days work but in actuality, 5 days work from the office 2 days work from home, cause you need to work on weekends also. Unlimited leave policy, you need to take a lot of approval from the top management. No WFH, If there is any emergency, you need approval from Manager.

Dislikes

Company culture and top management are really poor. ADs there can't even speak English properly. No Job Security, and too much politics. No Work-Life balance. Your Work is not recognized, poor HR policies. For WFH more than 5 days you need to take permission from CEO.
