Nothing is disliked because companies are ready to pay you but if an employee don't upgrade and update himself and herself then we can't do about it. Navayuga is a good company.

I am currently working with this company for 2+ years. Technology wise it is okay as mostly JAVA is used. Friendly colleagues and job security is there. Easily communicable team.

Dislikes

Worst salary package and no hike until you sit offshore. HR management is average as there is no open stage of communication between HR and Employees. Your designation will be promoted but work would be the same.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
