Dislikes

This is worst place for working as a new employed.There is no culture of training modules and u have to learn onsite In terms of Job Security organization is far behind, they don't give u any kind of security to begin with.

NAV has personal connect with each of its staff members which is rare to see for any organisation. Compassion towards staff members is excellent.

Dislikes

There not much to dislike, we can obviously improve on current standard with more enhanced work life balance.
