...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees

...ce Job stability, especially in difficult economic situations & uncertainties. Company gives you salary on time but managers does not stop taking undue advantage of situation by forcing and being unreasonable with employees, behaving as if they are donating salaries from their own pocket. HR dances to the tune of Naukri business and does not stand for the right.

Partiality and Worst exit experience: Worked with this company for ages, but had worst exit experience. Deliberate long notice period (60/90) which is forced and not optional, without consent. Bosses and management misuses these notice period terms and use it as a weapon against employees to settle personal scores/grudges for mental and financial harassment. They don't treat you well on notice period. They don't want to give you fair increment but want to make you work for 60/90 days during notice period even no work or handover left. They make you on Saturdays (Non working day) and deduct your salary on early exit. "They practice partiality when it comes to deducting salary in full and final settlement for few of us and salary is not deducted for few others in full and final settlement even if they don't serve full notice period." "Despite being one of the best performers throughout my career with Info Edge, who worked on most Saturdays, they deducted my salary without informing me." This was done even after complete handover of work and responsibilities and my manager admitting, in principle, that there was nothing pending to be done. Moreover, I had even completed and served my full sale quarter to ensure and contribute towards branch targets and ultimately achieved my Sales targets ensuring I exit on a high. On the contrary, there are other exiting employees who gets a complete notice period waiver in the same branch at the same time. Hence, This is managed completely on the whims and fancies of the sales leader who play favourites. HR who was supposedly so friendly with you once you were part of the system doesn't entertain after you have moved out. This was unforgettable experience at the time of exit and will advise people to be aware about this before joining. Even HR behaves pricey and at times rude once the employee is out of the system and follows up due to unjustified exit treatment. Info Edge HR is one of the weakest, who doesn't stand for the right.

So much of politics. Dictatorship of managers. After performing well you can't make them happy. Because they get happy after demeaning you everytime you make mistake or your ask for help. manoj sah is manager of tech ops. That man should first learn manager's basic skills. He needs personality development. Keeps torturing teammates and ruining their mental peace.. many people left because of him and daily torture led to depression, anxiety and worthless life. Management should check if someone left because of toxic environment. If you want peace in your life switch or go somewhere where you work with professionals not like anyone who has skills but no proffesionalism. Or if you want just salary all the best.. else if these things improved it would be better place to work not only getting certified of great place to work makes you perfect.
