Hectic office environment. Some time manager irritates too much. They treat fresher as a experienced one. When you achieved the target all is well but when you don't achieve the target they forget that you are also a human.

Likes

Overall Naukri has a brand name in the market which itself is a great thing to work with. Other than this Being a sales organization Culture is much better here.

Dislikes

Compensation is lesser than the Market standards. No Sales tour and meets. Policies and perks and benefits are literally old school.

Dislikes

The only thing which I disliked was work life balance and that too depends if you are not able to meet your targets, otherwise if you are good at your work then no one will tell you to sit any longer.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees
