One of my friend gave the interview here, he was shortlisted on the same day but after that, the recruiter or the HR stopped responding to any calls or texts and even emails. This company does not even deserve 1 star unrealistic targets and no work life balance no WFH policy and strict timings even if you leave 1 min early your manager will create a issue out of that nothing to learn and nothing to grow its better to stay jobless rather than joining this company. Few of the managers are not good there. They take everything personal. They do gossip about you and they will judge you. They give target as per your calibre they don’t see that everyone is getting 8-9 hours only. If you achieve your target they will increase your target in the next quarter. There is too much pressure towards targets. If you are living away from your hometown it will be tough for you to manage work life balance.
