The pay and benefits is very poor comparing to other organization , even though there is career growth (promotion) is provided, it is not effectively seen in the package given And work life balance differs from team to team And within some teams the work life balance is absolutely terrible

Culture in Risk team is great. Good work life balance, management looks to ensure job security to employees and take care to organise knowledge sessions centrally.

... culture at NatWest Group is so toxic that the employee tends to get frustrated. Salary is peanuts compared to other good companies. Senior management and HR are like statues in whom company is wasting money as they have no power/role. Pathetic company with no regards to employees. Biggest mistake to consider NatWest

Since it's been 5 years working with RBS,it feels like second home to me. Ample opportunities to learn and grow if you are concerned about your growth. Work life balance is amazing.. facilities like work from home and fkexi timmings are there. Seniors and management are supportive and understanding. Job security is there unless you do something that is not acceptable within the policy.
