The work culture leaves much to be desired. Managers often show little regard for employee well-being, fostering an environment where working excessively long hours is the norm. The lack of genuine recognition or meaningful benefits further exacerbates the dissatisfaction. Great UK driven culture, pay is good, focus on learning, focus on futuristic things, work life experience is great.

Most of leadership is based in UK which can impact managerial experience, pay can improve, increment is average (7-10%), less f;exibility to move across different departments.

...posit any sum deducted during my tenure with RBS at the Employee Provident Fund. The salary rise is very scant. They make you work long hours, no overtime and all. There are many projects happening there, the front level employees have to work but all the credit goes to the Manager or the Team Leader. The working hours are very long, very less breaks. Highly monitored environment. It's like being inside a military dome not in a cubicle. All-in-all, with less pay and less morale, one cannot stand long in this company. This company values perfection, but not employee's life.

Almost nothing to like except that they offer good salary while recruiting. Good to stay for an year and switch better because is KPO, its not really a Bank you can go for.

Dislikes

No learning opportunity. In one year whatever new you have to learn is there. After that, its over. Promotions are interview based so your relationship with YOUR manager should be good, else they will block your career forever.

...ogression aspect is not so great 2. Too much bureaucracy/ hierarchical system 3. Compensation is less when compared with the competition
