Good pay for Freshers as of now 4LPA and best company for high level managers as may use to work here for 15+ -20+ years. Leaves are great as Annual leave -30, Sick-12, Comp off 8 per year. In my department the work culture is equal to IT, one the Well reputed company in banking

Dislikes

Many will work for 15+ years and become Rulers and Decide with their preferences for Promotions and Hike. This will kills the growth of an employee, some of the departments will ask you to work from that work time which is usual in banking sector.

Likes

The environment is very friendly and it's very accommodating especially for women. There is good work life.

Dislikes

The pay and hike is a bit low compared to the market for certain units. And it only offers one way cab.

Best place to work as a fresher to 3 years experience ,very good work life balance,30 paid leaves 12 sick leaves ,and other leaves provided. In my 6 years I have never seen company fires anyone, so job security is very good Enjoy work with other activities. Managers are helpful and company work culture is friendly.

Dislikes

1.Pay varies department to department though post is same ,which is not good 2.Hike and bonus is very limited ,Hr policy only favours manager, 90 days notice period which is very strict 3.slow growth 4.everytime only work ,no skill development and personality development 5.promotion is slow ,as talent is not recognized, hiring managers only promoting people having more work experience along with known person 6.company see their senior staff as burden and hires freshers to give less salary and give very less salary as you gets experience.

Likes

Working in NatWest Group is a great please as well as a blessing. Ppl can manage bith work and life balance and we don't have much pressure on taking leaves or based on works. Job security is damn 200%.

Dislikes

The pay is disliked in the organisation, obviously that will demotivates for ppl who look frkm monetary perspective. But it is still ok for people who thinks pay plays a secondary part

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive, company policies are okay, appraisals are okay Hike percentage is less and bonus too.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary & career growth is slow.
