...f I talk about job security, so there is no job security for especially FTC’s. There is no chance for FTC’s to get any bonus or growth. I am an FTC and I am very much disappointed. This was my first job but I am sorry to say that I regret working in this company for a straight one year and still I did not get permanent employment. This Friday I,e, 5th June, I’ll be getting a leaving letter from the company that I will no longer be working in this company. There is a pandemic situation in the whole world and they are doing this with us. When you needed us we stood for you guys but when now we want our needs to be fulfilled you are kicking us out like that. Not fair. Won’t recommend anyone to work here.

The lack of genuine recognition or meaningful benefits further exacerbates the dissatisfaction. Overall, this workplace struggles to provide a supportive or rewarding environment, leaving employees feeling unappreciated, demotivated, and stagnant in their careers.

The environment is very friendly and it's very accommodating especially for women. There is good work life.

Dislikes

The pay and hike is a bit low compared to the market for certain units. And it only offers one way cab.

1. Very little appraisal. 2. Management people are full of it. Many micro-manage a lot and dont have any proper technical knowledge. 3. No skill development unless you are in a good BU. Too much operational work - It gets on your nerve.

-> Lack of opportunity of advancement, low bonus. -> NatWest technology India is a company with strong culture of Hierarchy, which can be seen in the way teams are structured and managed. This leads to a sense of distance between managers and employees and makes it difficult for employees to feel comfortable speaking up or sharing their ideas. -> There have been reports of racist treatment from managers of southern India towards their collogues from northern India, particularly in technology teams based in Bangalore and Chennai. This creates hostile work environment. -> While HR claims to be committed to gender equality and providing opportunities for employees to speak up, whistle blowers are reported being targeted or sidelined. This shows real gap between HR policy and practice, and that employees may not feel comfortable reporting misconduct or discrimination.
