Dislikes

... environment& bad timings. Too much micromanagement. Processes are not in place. Poor salary, threats of losing the job unnecessarily.

Boring environment , High on Job Security. Low on giving opportunities to grow. Limited options , performance management is opaque and everything is dependent on so called rating from opaque pms system.

Growth opportunities, opaque pms system. Bonus, increment, overseas trip, learning opportunities in organisations is dependent on rating.

If you want to spend the last few years till retirement, then NPCI is the best place. Less work and full relaxation. Zero job satisfaction

Dislikes

Compensation is moderate, but growth is slow. Moderate work pressure. Managers do not value their team members and keep finding faults, thereby creating unnecessary pressure. Typical sarkari culture, less work and useless meetings most of the times. Sr Management team is pathetic and behave like CEOs and do no work at all. Zero appreciation for hard working and sincere employees. No on the Job training or support for new joinees. No colloboration, support and teamwork between internal teams and departments
