Govt.job accordingly payment was secured,benefit was sufficient,less labour dispute,but the no. of workers was above 10000,budli and contract labours was in NJMC,the dispute of buddies(casual)workers and contract labour was continuing,

Job security was guaranted so the workers are reluctant to work properly,they have no fear for any kinds of legal action,if any legal action was taken political intervention was started, Higher management also bent their head to the political leaders,

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
