NHIDCL is a PSU with Employees in either deputation, contracts and outsourcing staff. However, the most of the employees are hard working with open approach to most of the changes that happens in the organization.

Dislikes

No job security as maximum staff are outsourced with consolidated salary. Also, promotion and position become stagnant due to limitation of the Company policy of taking outsourcing post for the organization. Further, as the company is based in maximum of the tough terrains in India and near by state the employees once paid hardship is now being deducted for no reason. Only within the state transfer is there and no state to state transfer system is there even though its a PSU of India.

1) Worst work life balance I have ever seen 2) Treatment towards their own employees is degraded to an extent, that I wish I could put it in words. 3) No matter how much efforts you put in, it’s always categorised under useless 4) There are other division in the company, but it seems like they are just for the mere diversification, existing on paper, the technical division is required to do every thing

It's must the worst organisation in terms of management, treatment of its employees and analysis capabilities of employees. Working environment worst case i have ever been experienced.

There is no job security, work culture at NHIDCL sucks, management especially HR department is just for show and a mere puppet, this company doesn't have any bonafide or welfare policy for its employees.

Dislikes

The HR dept is mere puppet and some officers take undue advantage of their position and power. No work culture, no career growth in this company. Survive only if you are relatives of Officers.
