If we are at the level of Project charge then we will have the freedom to implement as per site requirement.

...ent and Trust board is good. Corruption is always in the field level activities. The salary is good for staff who say always yes to the boss. Micro Management. Passionate people can't work here.

No HR department. Management behaves with draconian mindset exploiting employees. Appraisals are not equitable and based on sycophancy. Lost the purpose and vision of the founder. All skilled employees left the organisation due to non-existence of responsible HR system. Would seriously advise against joining the organisation at any level.

You will not get fired for whatever you do.

Dislikes

It's the worst company to work for. They have not allowed me to complete my notice period and also not paid for the month before I resigned, so never joined this organization.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
