... growth and opportunities and job security are very poor compared to other jobs.And getting salary is also a typical task you need to wait for 2-3 months sometimes may be more also. but it is my passion to teach what i know to people who are interested in learning.apart all these issues i enjoyed working in a great society named NAC.

if i recruited except on outsourcing basis(contract/permanent) then the all problems i mentioned above are eliminated.

Likes

Major part is computer faculty for the policemen. Rest of the time, mobilizing students for training. Interact with various industries for jobs. Approaching government officials to provide better training to the trainees.

I got no suitable salary according to my work.

Likes

It depends on the Head of the Institution. But the same is now being offered to retired engineer-in-chiefs who are usually appointed by state govt who are not really persons to make a mark on the institutional goals.

Dislikes

tenure employment. Not really managed by professional and competent people.
