Company also treats all the employees same. You will have special benefits if company makes profit/ audit success etc.,

There is no work Culutre in Natco Pharma. No Job Security. Work life balance is so poor for post of Managers. Since Incapable person holding senior position in Sales and HR Department so no chances of skills development.
