There is no work Culutre in Natco Pharma. No Job Security. Work life balance is so poor for post of Managers. Since Incapable person holding senior position in Sales and HR Department so no chances of skills development.

CRM system needs to be streamline ROI is a process of Eventual & Cumulative process.

Peaceful working place and environment. Company colleagues are always supported to me. Everybody is very friendly type.

I was joined previous year in our company. Now i get just Rs 180000 ctc. Salary for new joiners is very low. So nxt year salary scale to be large amount.please my request accept .

...ing there. People there will become family. They treat you like a family member. I never thought I was working there for salary, I felt I am working for the well being of my family(NATCO). Company also treats all the employees same. You will have special benefits if company makes profit/ audit success etc.,

Dislikes

Culture of sports and other activities should be implemented for employees. Lack of implementation of new technologies.

Everything is going on well and very good at giving salaries on time the thing I like is about salary and job security in lock down also

It is mentally disturbing managing the personal life and professional life is very horrible work pressure and dead lines for each and every task always preparing ourself to take leave all the 5people has to sign to take a single leave. Always work their won't be any rest in a day we have to stand in the classroom no body should sit the rules are very bad and disgusting according to me.
